Current position
I am currently a scientific staff member and lecturer at
ETH Zurich. My main responsibilities are to solve microscopic and high-content
analysis problems and provide with scientific solutions. I am supervising
and co-supervising Masters, Ph.D., and PostDoc researchers in the
fields of image analysis, statistics, and machine learning. I am also responsible
to give regular lectures and courses in computational biology, MatLab,
and in diverse image analysis topics.

Software engineering from the University of Szeged, Institute of
Informatics
2005-2007: Ph.D. degree at INRIA
Sophia Antipolis, France (University of Nice, and University of
Szeged).
2007-now: Docent. Lecturer and
scientific staff member at ETH Zurich, Switzerland, in the Light
Microscopy Centre and RNAi Image-based Screening
